SCSOA ASSIGNORS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

 

Per the SCSOA meeting of July 27, 2002, the following information is being requested by each chapter and is to be forwarded to SCSOA. The policies of SCSOA are as follows:

  1. “Chapter assignors will require each member to submit to SCSOA a list of high school soccer coaches within their chapter.”
  2. “Chapter assignors will not assign high school soccer coaches to any varsity games.”
  3. “Chapter assignors will require each member to submit a “Declaration of School Affiliation” each season.”
  1. Are you a soccer coach for any CIF-Southern Section or CIF-City Section high school?

  2. Are you affiliated, in any way, with any CIF-Southern Section or CIF-City Section high school?
    Yes No

    If yes, which school?

  3. You may officiate for more than one chapter, but by doing so, will not be eligible for playoff games beyond the second round.

    Are you planning to officiate for any chapter other than San Gabriel Valley?
    Yes No

    If yes, which chapter?
