Welcome to the San Gabriel Valley Unit of the Southern California Soccer Officials Association. Our purpose is to provide trained soccer referees for California Interscholastic Federation Southern Section and LA City member High School, Soccer Matches. To help each member understand the requirements and procedures to become a certified HS referee the executive board has developed this website. In as much as many of the members are of Hispanic origins this Website is written in both English and Spanish. Each member is responsible for knowing the information contained in this website. Any questions should be addressed to the Executive Board.
